What we collect

• Your child's name, date of birth, and age group
• Daily attendance (check-in and check-out times)
• Care observations (meals, rest, mood, health notes logged by staff)
• Learning milestones and session participation notes
• Your contact details (name, phone, enrolment number)

What we do not collect

• Photos or videos of your child through this app
• Payment or financial information
• Location data

Who can see this data

• Center staff (caregivers and coordinator) — for daily care and session management
• You (the parent) — through this portal
• No third parties. We do not sell, share, or transfer your child's data to anyone outside the center.

How we store it

• Data is stored on secure Cloudflare infrastructure with encrypted connections
• Only authorised center staff can access records

AI & Voice features

• Story and song content is generated using Anthropic Claude AI. No child personal data is sent to AI providers — only session theme and activity type.
• Voice narration uses Google Cloud TTS (Gemini Flash or Neural2) or your device's built-in speech. No recordings are stored.

Your rights

• You may request to view, correct, or delete your child's data at any time by contacting the center directly.
• You may withdraw consent by informing the center — this will require discontinuing enrollment as data is necessary for safe daily operations.

Retention

• Data is retained for the duration of enrollment and up to 1 year after exit.
• After that, personal identifiers are deleted.
